1. Who we are

Equity Kicker OÜ (“EK Stack”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in Estonia (registry code 17448905). We develop and operate EK PokerStack, a platform for poker club administration.

2. What data we collect

Depending on which services you use, we may collect:

• Account information: name, email, phone number, and club membership details
• Tournament and game data: buy-ins, results, seating assignments, tournament history, and player statistics
• Usage and analytics data: how you use the app — screens viewed, features used (such as registering for tournaments or expressing interest in cash games), session activity, app version, device type, IP address (in server logs), and a pseudonymous device identifier. You can turn this off — see section 3.
• Advertising interaction data: which in-app advertisements are shown to you and which ones you tap
• Communication data: push notification tokens and SMS delivery data

Our mobile apps can use the device camera to scan invitation QR codes. The camera is used only for live scanning on your device — no photos or video are captured, stored, or transmitted.

3. Why we process your data

• Providing and operating our platforms on behalf of poker clubs
• Managing member accounts, tournament registrations, and cash game sessions
• Sending notifications related to tournaments, events, and club activities
• Displaying real-time information on info screens during events
• Improving our services, fixing bugs, and ensuring platform stability
• Understanding how the app is used so we can improve features and content (product analytics)
• Showing relevant in-app advertising and measuring how it performs

You can disable usage analytics at any time in the app (Profile → Notifications → Privacy). In-app advertising is contextual — based on the club or screen you are viewing — and is not based on profiling of you.

4. Legal basis

• Contract performance: processing necessary to provide the account and services you sign up for, and to operate the platform for the clubs you are linked to
• Legitimate interests: improving our platforms, product analytics, ensuring security, preventing misuse, and showing contextual in-app advertising. You can object to analytics by disabling it in the app.
• Consent: where applicable, e.g. opting in to push notifications or marketing

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with:

• Your poker club: administrators access member data and results as part of normal operations
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: the server hosting partners that run our platforms securely. An up-to-date list of processors is available on request via info@ekstack.com
• Service providers: Expo (push notification delivery) and Twilio (SMS delivery), who process only the data needed to deliver these messages
• Advertising: in-app advertisements come from EK Stack or from your club’s own sponsors. We do not share your data with third-party advertising networks or data brokers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites

6. Data retention

We retain data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Usage and analytics event data is kept for up to 180 days and then deleted; aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be kept longer. Unneeded data is securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based

7a. Deleting your account

You can delete your EK PokerStack account at any time, in either of two ways:

• In the app: Profile → Delete account — the account is deleted immediately
• By request: visit ekstack.com/delete-account or email info@ekstack.com from your registered address — we delete within 30 days

Deletion anonymizes your personal data (name, email, phone, credentials) and removes sessions, push tokens, and the link to analytics data. Any records retained in your clubs' systems remain in fully anonymized form and are no longer linked to your identity. See the deletion page for full details.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our platforms or by email.

1. About these terms

These Terms govern your use of platforms and services provided by Equity Kicker OÜ (“EK Stack”), including EK PokerStack and associated mobile apps. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our services

EK Stack provides software tools for poker club administration:

• Tournament management with real-time clocks and info screens
• Cash game administration with buy-in/out tracking
• Member management, statistics, and communication tools
• Mobile applications for players (iOS and Android)

We are not a gambling operator, payment processor, or financial institution.

3. User accounts

You create your own account directly in the EK PokerStack app, and then link it to the poker clubs you want to follow or that grant you access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Club administrators

Administrators using our platforms are responsible for compliance with applicable laws including data protection, for the accuracy of data entered, and for informing members about data processing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt platform operations
• Reverse-engineer or decompile our software
• Use automated tools to scrape data without permission

6. Intellectual property

All content, software, designs, and branding related to EK Stack are property of Equity Kicker OÜ or its licensors.

7. Availability

We aim for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

8. Liability

Our platforms are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on data in our platforms
• Total liability is limited to fees paid by your club in the preceding 12 months

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with reasonable notice. We may suspend accounts violating these Terms. Upon termination, administrators may request data export within 30 days.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Tallinn courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes require 30 days’ notice.
